Ava Issary, Esq.

Ava is the founder of Var Law, APC, a modern law practice dedicated to protecting both personal and business interests. She advises clients on estate planning, family law matters, business formation, and intellectual property, offering practical and forward-looking legal solutions.

Ava earned her bachelor’s degree in Sociology, with honors, from UCLA with a minor in Iranian Studies, and completed extensive coursework in biology and chemistry to satisfy the USPTO’s technical requirements for patent practice. She went on to earn her Juris Doctor from Southwestern Law School’s prestigious SCALE accelerated two-year program, where she concentrated in Technology Law and Entrepreneurship. Ava is licensed to practice law in California.

With experience ranging from class action litigation to probate disputes and intellectual property strategy, Ava brings both depth and versatility to her practice.
